NEWTON, Mass. – May 10, 2011 – Booth #1315 – Cyber-Ark® Software, the leading global information security provider for protecting and managing critical applications, identities and sensitive information, today announced details of its participation at the Microsoft® TechEd 2011 North America event. With cyber threats becoming more targeted and sophisticated, Cyber-Ark (booth #1315) will demonstrate the advantages of its new Privileged Session Management Suite as well as the complementary benefits of its Privileged Identity Management Suite, a “Best of TechEd North America 2011” finalist.
What: Privileged accounts such as sysadmin, Oracle system, Administrator in Hypervisor or Windows and many more are prevalent throughout the datacenter. These privileged accounts allow access and manipulation of all sensitive business information with potentially devastating business impact. To address that challenge, at Microsoft TechEd, Cyber-Ark will introduce attendees to its Privileged Session Management Suite, a comprehensive solution that improves compliance and risk management with the ability to isolate, control and record privileged access to databases, virtual environments and servers using a common platform for reduced total cost of ownership.
The Privileged Session Management Suite includes Privileged Session Manager® for Servers, Privileged Session Manager® for Databases and Privileged Session Manager® for Virtualization. Specifically, the Privileged Session Manager for Servers enables organizations to control and monitor privileged access to sensitive servers including Windows, Unix/Linux, Mainframes (zOS), iSeries and network devices. It provides full privileged session recording with DVR playback, as well as secure remote access to sensitive systems using privileged single sign-on without having to expose credentials to end-users, including external vendors.
When: May 16-19, 2011
Where: Microsoft TechEd North America 2011 will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Cyber-Ark’s booth is #1315.
