Newton, MA – 31st March 2009 – Cyber-Ark Software, the global information security leader in providing solutions for protecting and connecting enterprises, has completed a distribution agreement with DLT Solutions, Inc. Cyber-Ark offers both a Privileged Identity Management Suite of products for securing and controlling administrative and application accounts, and the Highly Sensitive information Management Suite for enterprise class Managed File Transfer and collaboration solutions. Based on Cyber-Ark’s patented Digital Vaulting® Technology, these product offerings expand DLT Solutions’ existing information security solution set, which includes the Oracle ® Identity Management Suite.

The distribution agreement includes all of Cyber-Ark’s award-winning products, which will be made available on DLT’s GSA Schedule, DLT GS-35F-4543G.
Also included is a bundled Identity Management enterprise solution consisting of products from Cyber-Ark and Oracle, coupled with design and deployment services from DLT. This unique, integrated offering is the first of its kind in the public sector. The combined solution offers a fully integrated, comprehensive Oracle Identity Management and Cyber-Ark PIM Suite solution for complex environments.
